En outre, vous pouvez nous contacter si vous avez besoin d'un nettoyage régulier sur place au fur et à mesure de l'avancement de votre projet, d'un service de nettoyage ponctuel ou d'un nettoyage détaillé une fois le projet terminé.

We Perform the Following Regular Services for Post-Construction Cleaning:

  • Electrical switches and outlets, air vents cleaning.

  • Floors (sweep/vacuum thoroughly and mop-to make sure there is no residue on the floors, scrubbed any construction remnants.

  • Glass partitions need to be squeegee cleaned.

  • Clean washrooms/fixtures/partitions/walls etc.

  • General clean up – trash/replace liners, & organize-dust on all horizontally surfaces.

  • Trim: clean baseboards, window frames/casings, and door casings/frames.

  • Doors, doorknobs, and hanging light fixtures, light switches/fixtures, Doors (clean front, back, sides, and top).

  • Spot cleaning for all windows and glass

  • Ceilings dusted, and cobwebs removed as needed

We Perform the Following Regular Services for Post-Construction Cleaning:

  • Cleaning/dust Window ledges

  • Clean/dust all corner/edges

  • Baseboards, door trims, ledges have to be dusted and cleaned of any debris, paint splatter

  • Horizontal surfaces, vertical surfaces; including chair bases, cubicle partitions

  • Remove scuffs and paints on walls, radiators

  • Restrooms and showers cleaning

  • Stairwell and elevator cleaning

  • Break room and lunchroom cleaning

  • Private office and meeting room cleaning

  • Full kitchen cabinet in/out, sinks/countertops/backsplashes

  • Clean toilets in/outpost Construction Cleaning

  • Remove all trash/garbage

  • Appliance interior and exterior cleaned (stovetop, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher)

  • Common areas such as Reception, lobbies, and hallways cleaning
